Aquele senhor que anda por aí de gravata multicultural, trabalha em filosofia e
em psicologia, e já foi educador em tribos índias norte-americanas, acaba de nos
informar que, por gentileza da Sra. Evangeline Abraham, ex-Directora do
Departamento de Educação da Tribo Coeur d’Alene da Reserva Índia do mesmo nome
no Estado de Idaho, (EUA), lhe chegaram às mãos alguns exemplares do jornal
tribal Schitsu ‘umsh Council Fires (Fogos de Conselho do Povo Encontrado),
incluindo mesmo alguns boletins semanais da própria Escola Tribal em De Smet.
Pelo seu valor multicultural e pelos laços de amizade que representam para um
possível processo de geminação, o Prof. Armando Silva coloca-os à disposição de
todos os interessados para consulta na Biblioteca do CEF, na secção especial de
“Reservados”, para garantir a sua preservação. Também informa que ele próprio
estará disponível para acompanhar os visitantes nessas consultas oferecendo os
esclarecimentos culturais e contextuais que forem necessários para o melhor
aproveitamento, valorização cultural e aproximação entre alunos e professores
transatlânticos da Reserva Índia e do Planalto do Sol de Fátima. Toda as
Sextas-Feiras lectivas das 12:10 às 13:10 e das 14:00 às 15:35. A actualização
está perfeita, pois já foi recebido o número 4 do volume 6 da série 3,
correspondente ao mês de Maio – do mês sloq’wa’yalqw, (“a casca das árvores está
a soltar-se”). Venham e recarreguem a mente e o coração! Vale a pena!

The gentleman that is going around the compound wearing those multicultural ties,
works in philosophy and psychology and has worked as an educator amidst North
American Indian Tribes, is informing us that, through the kindness of Mrs.
Evangeline Abraham, Director Emerita of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe’s Department of
Education, on the Indian Reservation of the same name in the State of Idaho,
USA, he has received some copies of the tribal newspaper Schitsu’umsh Council
Fires (of the Found People), including even some weekly bulletins of the Tribal
School at De Smet. Due to the multicultural value and friendship ties they
represent for a possible twin-school relationship, Professor Armando Da Silva
has made them available to all those who may be interested in consulting them in
the CEF Library in the “Reserved” section, in order to guarantee their
preservation. He is also informing us that he will be personally available to
assist all visitors at such consultations, offering those cultural and context
clarifications that may be necessary towards a better enrichment, cultural
valuing and friendship ties between the transatlantic teachers and students of
the Indian Reservation and of the Fatima Sun Plateau. Every school-day Friday,
from 12:10 to 13:10 pm and from 14:00 to 15:35 pm. The updating is perfect right
now, since number 4 of the 6th volume, series 3, corresponding to the month of
May – the sloq’wa’yalqw, (tree bark is loose) has already been received. Do come
and recharge your minds and your hearts! It’s worth it!
